GH2 720 60p for slow motion in post

I see how to set the GH2 to 720 but don't know how to get 60p. I see how to record at 80%, 150% or 300% but which is best for slowing down in post? Is this percentage change manipulating the frame rate? I am shooting a wedding and know from watching other's weddings and talking to shooters that 720 60p is best for slowing down.

720 is 60p there is no other fps setting. I retime it to 24fps with cinema tools. then bring it into motion and use the motion blur slomo to go further. I haven't messed with the incamera 80% settings.

This was some footage that I slowed down. The overexposed lacrosse stuff was using the optical flow setting istead of motion blur. It makes it a bit smoother but you get all sorts of flowing artifacts. The softball was motion blur and so was the baseball. This was the first time I messed around with slo mo stuff. The baseball pitch came out the best.

Here is the same workflow but with 7d footy. Retimed in cinema tools and then slowed down to 20% in motion.

Thanks for the tips Tommy. I am going to set the camera to 720 and then get crackin' with cinema tools and motion.
