Greetings all...
I just shot a concert tonight and I strayed away from my beloved 720pn native mode because I was shooting some slow mo, timelapse and I wanted to record the audio as well. Now, I'm just trying to figure out the best method of of inporting the clips into FCP and keeping those clips in normal speed, while having those that I shot at 48fps and timelapse playback in slow mo and jittery timelapse according.
Sorry if it's a stupid question but I had trouble with varicam footage this way and I want to start off on the right foot. Should I capture into FCP, then use cinematools or the DVCPRO HD framerate converter.. which seems not to like the clips. The frame rate is 59.94 I believe.
Any and all info is appreciated.... especially after I went from 8 minutes per card to 4 to take care of this. Not sure why cinematools conforms it and everything plays back in slow-mo...
Thanks all! I don't mind step by step info- I'm a frigging blonde afterall....
