7.5% Setup on P2

I notice that this defaults to 7.5 in Camera Setup. Shouldn't it be changed to 0 or what is the reasoning behind this default setting?

Yes, the camera setup should be at 0IRE. My guess would be that the 7.5 IRE setup is for those who need to dub off footage immediately from the camera to an analog deck like Betacam for news editing, etc (not that most people editing news, especially local news, care about setup.)

7.5 is locked for hd.

When shooting to P2, the camera always RECORDS zero (as it should). The option is whether you want 7.5 added to the analog outputs.
