64GB "E" Series with AJ-PCD10

Is there some trick to getting the new 64GB "E" Series cards to work with the AJ-PCD10 5-slot P2 Card Reader? It will read our old 8GB "A" Series cards just fine, but gives us an error on the 64GB "E" Series. We are working on a Mac Pro running OSX 10.6.

Update the firmware on the PCD10.

Is it still available? Would you by chance have a link? I looked and all I could find was drivers for the PCD20.
