60p worse quality than 120p?

Not sure if its just me, but is it true that 60p is worse quality than 120p?
It seems like it to me

And when looking at the specs it says 60fps - 50M
while 120p is 100M

This is on the a6500
Both are 1080p

If thats the case, why would a slower framerate produce lower quality footage? Or am I just wrong
