I'm confused. This is 720 60p then post uprezzed to 1080p?

really like the look of the image, I'm not sure how much of the look is from vintage lens or just slight wash from shooting against sun,,
the notes below the video say 720p uprezzed to 1080p. I do this a lot to mix 1080p24p with 720p48p or 720p60p uprezzed to 1080p, surprisingly the blow up holds up really well. Depends a little on the NLE software being used too.
