60p in a PAL HVX?

Hey Guys,

Just wondering, I live in Australia and will be using a HVX to produce DVD's for local PAL release.

Is there a way to shoot 60P in the PAL version of the HVX? Those extra ten frames a second would be a god send when shooting slow-mo's as I work with action sports.

Would I be able to shoot normal PAL 25FPS in all formats on an NTSC HVX?
 
No, there's no way to record 60 frames with the PAL version, and no way to shoot PAL with the NTSC camera.

Going forward, the brand-new HPX500 can shoot both PAL and NTSC. It might be a worthwhile upgrade for you.
