What is it not giving you that you want it to have? You need to define that before you can adjust any settings.

Im shooing Moto cross and need that "POP" I know I can use some color correction in post, I guess im looking for that ESPN / Fuel TV type of look using a 100B ... I'll be shooting Moto Cross freestyle and races for the next 6 months,,, What can I do to give the shoots a network look ....24p / pa is an option but I need some slow motion ( Not real slow but slower that normal )

Just start futzing with the settings to find what you want.
Can't hurt to experiment.

Start with these:

CHROMA LEVEL
CHROMA PHASE
COLOR TEMP
MASTER PED
GAMMA

Pick one or another and run it up and down the scale.
Be shooting at a colorful diorama- like car models, bric-a-brac, photos, books, whatever- all stacked up on a table top that is lit with a nice balanced light.
Set the camera on a tripod and lock it down.

all you want to do is adjust the settings up and down in their scale- then observe what the changes are.
start with extremes- make notes (or cut some tape to compare on the NLE).
you'll get the hang of what they do (and what you like)- then fine tune it for the exact results you want.

think of the menu SETTINGS as a radio tuner.
you're just adjusting to get the best reception.
to your tastes.

have fun.
and report back if you happen upon something fantastic!
