60 MB/s SDHC memory card and live full HD video out on GH13!

Sounds very interesting Blackout. I also found a line on this page...

The OpenVizsla device is built around a multi-layer PCB with around 180 surface-mount components that allow the target USB packets to be captured, buffered and delivered to the PC (or stored on SD card in standalone mode).

that is just the right thing - only the other way round.

What we would need is: Data packets (GoP-data) that are writen to the SD card will be "sniffed" from the card and transferred to a PC.

If we have a device that writes an identical file to our PC harddrive as is writen to the SD card, the rest is easy. Just start a video player about 2-3 GoP length after the write process an watch the video.

But I imagine the way you have shown it here, that you are just converting what is sent to the card to be sent down the usb pipe... then use this or something like it to get that raw data back into a picture.. there would probably be some odd little delay but it seems in theory it should be possible... although a hell of a lot of trouble to go through to avoid just buying a af-100 which gives you your hd-sdi out.
