5DMkII Shooting Formats

Does the 5DMkII only shoot in 1080/30p? I'm torn between the 5DMkII and the GH1, and I know that the GH1 will do 720/60p so that I can do a little bot of overcranking, but I really want a FF sensor. Is slow mo possible on the 5DMkII?

Yes, 1080/30p. You can get nice overcranking from there to 24p/25p. It will depend on your needs. For music videos, for instance, the slight outcome results well smooth.

unless you are doing 30/24 in a 24 timeline or use interpolation software to invent frames

the GH1 is a FF sensor in movie language - the 5d is oversized 'academy' orFF in stills language
