The original files in that test sequence are JPG not RAW. I don't know any professional photographers who shoot JPG in preference to RAW. So until we see some RAW files to compare we cannot say whether there really is loss of detail or only on the in camera conversion to JPG. Video files will be different again. The real answers should be available in a week or two.
