5DM2 and TWIXTOR : Blending issue

I have to conform 5DM2 30p to 25p. I do it using Cinema Tools and then Twixtor in After Effects, to change cinema tools output's speed. The result is really good in motion, much better than any other process ("Bloom method" is too strobe like).
BUT there is a serious problem. I apply Twixtor to the final editing, the full movie exported from Final Cut Pro. Twixtor blends frames so, when there is a cut, it blends the last frame of the first shot and the first frame of the second shot. It's very bad to see it, bacause it contains warping. It's fast, very fast (just one frame) but it's bad. It doesn't happen in every cut, but just sometimes: maybe it happens when the visual content of the two shots is similar; it doesn't happen when the visual content is very different.
It's present with any settings both in "motion vector" and "frame interpolation".

Is there some way to avoid it ? Hope so. Twixtor is very good, indeed.

Thanks,
Egon

Create another copy of your shots without the warping then apply twixtor before the edit and give your self some frames handles, five five, then redit again using the warped pieces.
Make sense, not?

I'm not sure I understood...
I have to make editing in 30p because of audio sync. When the movie is done I export 30p and conform to 25p using Cinema tools. To put it back in sync with 3p audio I have to speed up by 120%. And the final result is perfect sync (and motion).
If I begin to use Cinema tools, and then Twixtor, in each clip before editing, it takes a lot of time... too much time really :-(
Another way could be to export just the couples of clips with warping problem in the cut, and re-import. But this is another big loss of time. Even if I think it's the only way to avoid unwanted warping.

I'm thinking 30p is actually impossible to be converted in 24/25 in perfect motion without warping artifacts. Selling 5D will be next step if there's no solution.

I tried Shake, Andrew Kramer After Effects's fps converter, Compressor, Vegas and Premiere. Twixtor is better.

cut cut cut and apply twixtor to every shot separately then merge everything together .

That's right. But try to think about this:

If I had an editing with 1000 cuts, I had to manually search for each of them in the file in 25p outputted by cinematools, beacuse it slows down, in 25p, by 80%. Then exporting single clips, selecting each of them. Then twixtorizing using After or FCP: WITHOUT Batch processing, because I don't know a way to apply Twixtor to several clips in batch in After effects or FCP. (Is there a way ?)
Making a 25p sequence and re-import all clips putting them in the right place, following the structure from the original 30p timeline.

And this, for each single movie.

I call this HELL.

Post production with 30p is pain, if you want the BEST quality.

I've heard Shake is better than Twixtor.

Thanks for suggesting... I tried Shake too. It's very slow in rendering time and moreover it creates more noticeable artifacts than Twixtor if you have fast motion (cars in cities, for instance). Twixtor is better, in my opinion.

Thats why you have to decide about 24p conversion before you merge all your cuts

yes, this is the way. The only problem is concerning time. Converting some hours of 5D footage with twixtor takes some days of rendering....
1 minute, on my macbookpro, takes up to half an hour to one hour, depending on parameters.
