Last week my 5d-2 started to freeze while recording. Usually everything stops and some lines flash or the screen looks messed up. I have to pop the battery out to restart it. Normally happens after :30 - 2 mins of recording.
I narrowed it down to some of the cards, which is weird since I've been using them for over a year with no issues. They are the Transcend cards. I figured maybe it's wear and tear as they are cheaper so I bought a Sandisk Class 20 thinking it's a speed issue, but that also froze up the first time using it. So now I just have two transcend cards out of 5 that will work.
Any thoughts? Again I figured putting a high end card would fix the problem so that's really the only thing that has me perplexed.
