Last nite I hooked up my 5d camera to a 50" plasma tv. the res of the tv is 1920 x 1080. The video from the camera, which was shot at 1920 x 1080, did not fill the frame of the tv. It actually only filled about 2/3 of the tv frame. This tv has the capability to display a still photo from a cf card inserted into a slot on the tv. I displayed a still image with the 1920 x 1080 res on the tv and it filled the entire frame. Anyone have any idea what I am doing or need to do to get the video to fill the frame as well?

Did you hook it up with hdmi and play back a 1080p movie? If so and it was not full screen, try the aspect button on your tv remote. Keep hitting until it says full. It should be full screen on playback and a small window in the center during recording.
