After using 5D to RGB Batch to transcode a good many Canon DSLR clips to ProRes on my mac, I've found that when bringing those clips (shot at 59.97fps) into Cinema Tools, I'm unable to select the CONFORM button. I have not had this problem using FCP7 Log and Transfer or MPEG Streamclip.
While RareVision advertises that framerates can be changed when transcoding, it does not appear to occur when batch transcoding 100s of clips, nor would I care to do so. My folders contain clips of mixed framerates, and I do not necessarily want to conform them until I'm in the edit.
Any help?
