5d still doesn't keep in sync

Hey,

Even with the new firmwire it appears the 5dmk2 doesn't keep in sync. I do loads of music vids and it's getting annoying when if I record the full song by 30 secs in it's already a frame or two out, let alone by the end of the song.

I thought w/the firmware update maybe that would improved but alas it's still an issue and annoying.
 
Sorry and what are you recording the sound on also what are you editing on FCP? have you got the right sequence settings etc
 
Ah, audio is onto the camera. I.E. With the video playing back live and the band singing along to it. I've checked and it's the video that's out of sync not necessarily the band, although they do miss their queues occasionally heh.

So I've got the wav file master in my timeline and I've got the performance recorded to the same wav file and they go out of sync.

FCP is the editor. Settings at PR 422 25p timeline, I used mpeg streamclip to convert and dragged them into the timeline, do you want to change settings? yes so they're the same as the pr video.
