5D shoulder support

Hi, I need a shoulder mount for my 5DmkII, something light that I can carry and use for several hours straight without straining my arm and shoulder too much.
I'm considering these two products by Dvtec, the Multirig pro and the Dslr Extreme standard: the first seems more versatile and would allow me to keep one hand free, sparing me the purchase of a follow focus, but putting all the strain on the arm; the second seems to put that weight on the shoulder instead, avoiding arm strain and allowing (I think) me to film for longer without discomfort, but it would force me to buy a follow focus (talking about it, is it compatible with D\focus?),
then I have the impression (I've read this site's review) it would be quite unbalanced if hold only by one hand...
Considering my needs (as told, following and filfimg a music band in the streets for several hours straight) and my limited budget, what model would you suggest?
What's your experience on the field with these models?
Thanks!

Look for a DVrig or a DVMultirig. They work for video cameras and DSLRs.
They also run about $400-600, and from what I've heard, they work incredibly well

I use redrock stuff and it's definitely worth it (IMO). Having a modular/component based system is awesome if you plan on doing any kind of upgrades to your rig. You could start out with a single rod configuration by just buying pieces instead of a kit. Same thing with the shoulder mount. Buy the pieces that you need and upgrade later.

The DVrig is a great setup but it can be too bulky to fit into the same camera bag along with all your other equipment, if that is a consideration. But the DVmultirig looks like it compacts into a much smaller fold up size for storage and transport. Both rigs will provide you with a stable, well built, and comfortable should mount. There is also a new Extreme modular should mount system that DVTEC advertises with DSLRs that might be worth looking as well. And DVTEC has great customer service when I needed it.
