5D on Letus Rail Mount w/ Shoulder Pad

Has anyone ever tried the 5D on the Letus Rail Mount w/ Shoulder pad and find it accommodating? Here's a pic to help with some suggestions

That looks like a Red Rock rig. I have the Cinematic bundle for the 5D.

I use the cinematic bundle as the rig for studio use. Its not for hand held use. Its
nicely designed and reasonably priced. Clients are impressed with its appearance.
I dont care for the Zacuto designs or their cost . When using the camera hand held I like to have one hand on the focus control and the other on the shoulder rig. I personally prefer my own custom configuration of the U Boat Commander made by idc here http://www.idcphotography.com/kart/index.php?p=catalog&parent=30&pg=1

My setup of this system lets me hold it in a useful and not awkward manner

So how are you able to balance the whole set up on shoulder? Isn't a bit front heavy? What do you use as a counter weight for the back end?
