5d MK III only 50 fps instead of 60

Hello my dear knowledgeable friends,

I am playing around with Magic Lantern Raw and higher frame rates and I am confused because in every video and description there is about the 5d MK III I see 60 fps, but with mine I can only chose 50 fps and I really do not know why.
I have the firmware 1.2.3-ml-nightly

I've really tried to answer the question myself but 'i've failed with google and friends :D

No problem.

Just be aware that you could get some flicker in your video from lights if you are shooting NTSC in a PAL country.

You might have to use a shutter angle of 172.8
