5D Mk III Menu Settings for Video

Just wondering if anyone has developed a list of camera menu settings for the Mk III to use for ENG and other video uses. I also shoot with a JVC HY-HM600 and I am trying to use the 5D as a B cam or vise-versa. In other words, which settings make the Mk III most like a video camera? What are some things that need to be turned on or off, and why. Things like auto-exposure, silent control, ext. If there is a thread on this already, please lead me to it

Here's Shane Hurlbut's dslr series, Start with episode 1 then go to the next. Its a 5d2 but its basically the same.

I'll cover you in both forums as there might be others who need the same assistance. :)
