5d markiii playback

Anyone have issues with computer playback with the 5d miii? I'm renting one and have always played 5dii files fine on my computer. The miii ones are all pretty choppy. Once I export to proress and put it into FCP it plays fine though.

Is it just cause the files or data rate are a ton more than what markii produces?

The 5DMIII files are way more processor intensive. That could be what you're seeing. Same thing happened to me.

You are using IPB mode right? ALL-I is better for smooth playback and editing.

Does the card have anything to do with the quality?

I'm using my cheap transcend cards (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002WE4HE2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1339323380&sr=8-1)

It was all I had and read other people used them fine.

Is it either it records or doesn't record. Or if you have card that has slower speeds the video will just have less quality?
