5D Mark iii FIRST TIME USER

Hi, I am planning to shoot about 6Pages from my Webisode on Wednesday and will be using
a Canon 5D Mark iii with a 16-35mm f2.8 L Lens. I have zero experience with this camera but I am familiar with
my T3i. For sound I will be using a Sennheisner G2 Wireless Lavs.

My question is: What should I need to know before shooting in regards to FPS and any kind of settings I need to set the camera on before shooting? I will be shooting indoors using 1 light. I would prefer shooting at 24FPS in RAW but am concerned about buffering. The longest take should be no longer than 3minutes. I am using a
SanDisk 32G Extreme Pro SDHD card.
As far as post goes...I will have a friend who can take care of pretty much anything.
I'm looking forward to hearing your responses and I appreciate it a ton :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

Thank You,

-Ruben

1/50 shutter, 24fps, All-I encoding, maybe prolost settings (Custom neutral picture style with sharpness turned all the way down. Contrast turned all the way to left, Saturation down two clicks) all mainly so you have better options in post to grade it. ISO multiples 160, 320, 640, 1250 I've read are the cleanest when recording video.
