Hey, I had a shoot yesterday and when I got back I noticed that most of my video files were corrupt. I can view almost all of the footage but each .mov file is riddled with skips both audio and video. Sometimes the audio and video slip out of sync but after another big skip, they go back to normal for a while.corrupt 5d iii footage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZElNok-_ewThese were the settings used on the first clip: 5D Mark iii
1/50 iso 640 f 5.6
24 fps All-I
Card Used - Delkin Devices 32GB UDMA 7
CF 1000X
I have tried the free trials for: Treasured http://aeroquartet.com/movierepair/downloadand HD Video Repair Utilityhttp://www.grauonline.de/cmsimple2_6/en/Neither seemed to fix the problem. HD Video Repair Utility was able to show me the first bit of a .mov that my imac wouldn't even open but the footage was still full of skips like the link included.Does anyone have any ideas of a solution? Thanks!IanBubba's Chop Shop

Do they play properly in camera? If so, it's probably your transfer device.
If not, I've had success with GrauOnline, but you've already tried that.

I had lots of corruption errors a few years ago. It turned out, it was a problem with the computer: for some reason, USB data transfers were not reliable. When I upgraded the motherboard+cpu+memory, all corruption problems went away.
--> Try offloading on a different computer and see if the problem remains.
(if you don't have another suitable computer at hand: offload the files again, to a different location in your hard drive, and see if the corruption errors are the same or have randomly changed to different places, as my old broken computer would do)

If they don't play properly in camera it's probably a card write error. I haven't had any problems with Delkin cards, but they are a bit on the economy side. I'd try a card stress test, shoot a few seconds of 3.9fps 21mp, if the card has issues it should show.
