also, is their shoulder mount kit worth having with the 7" LCD ?

I need to buy a complete setup next week and Proaim seems easy to buy and affordable. I need follow focus, external LCD, viewfinder, shoulder mount.

I have a few odd pieces of their stuff and it's OK in general. I have that FF but I modified it slightly because the bracket that holds the reversing gear is just way too flimsy and I changed some of the fasteners. The whip that came with my Proaim FF is useless because it flexes too much.

You should look up their feedback on eBay and contact anyone who bought a DSLR rig from them and ask them if they like it.
