5D and T2i had a flicker issue with lights

I filmed a concert on Saturday and will do the same this Tuesday. I was using 4 Nikon cameras (D4,D800,D7000,D5100) and two Canon cameras (5D II and T2i). All the cameras were set to the same settings of WB 3700K, ISO 2000, f/5.6, 1/60th shutter speed and 24fps. Both Canon cameras picked up the flicker from the stage lights to the point the the video in not useable.

Is there something I am missing with the setup? I have very little experience with the Canon cameras and would like to correct the issue before Tuesday.

Thanks for your help.

I've noticed that the Mark3's that I have, flicker more than any other camera I've had (GH2, AF100, C100). Not sure why this is.

They will all flicker because of the shutter speed doesn't match those LED lights, your Nikon will flicker too if it was pointing at the exact same spot from the same angle and framing.

I have filmed previously at the same venue with the same angle the 5D was at and the D7000 showed no flicker. The 1/60th shutter speed seems to be optimal for the Nikons, I was wondering if the Canon cameras were at a different shutter speed, I can minimize the effect.

PSA1, for some reason the Mark3 and probably other canon DSLR's seem to show the flicker more than other camera's I've used. Theoretically the flicker should be the same, but it isn't.
