50p with Odyssey 7Q

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble recording 50p via dual link SDI from IF box onto the 7Q. Camera is set to 50p 422, cables are good but looks like odyssey is not recognizing the signal properly (I'm getting a lot of vertical lines). 4444 12bit 25p works great.
 
Is the firmware on the 7q the most recent one? If so recent updates have broken the 50p unless recording in dpx. There was a point where it was supported with prores but I don't know what firmware version it was. I am sure someone else here does.
 
They fixed it originally then added some features to the 7q that made it not possible anymore. From what I recall it won't be coming back either. The only option is to revert back to the last firmware that supports it.
