50fps on the 7q

Hey,
recieved my 7q yesterday, so i have some newbie questions :)

im used to work with the internal avchd recording. Its easy to dial in 50/60fps on the S&Q button
to recieve slowmo with a 24/25p timebase.
When i switch to the 2k raw mode and i choose the 25fps, the s&q only gives me 100fps or 200fps.

1.) So i have to use the 2k 50fps mode in the menu i guess. Resolve always plays this in realtime,
since its a 50fps timebase. How can i change this in resolve, that itll output slowmo with a 25fps timebase?
Or can i record 50fps slowmo (25fps timebase) in the 7q somehow?

2.) From the avchd internal recording, i know the 100+200fps modes are noisier. i noticed the same in the raw mode.
But how does the 50fps 2k raw mode compare? Is it as clean as 25fps or will it introduce more noise or any other artifacts?

thanks for the help, best j

Drag the clips into the media bin. Once in the bin right click on a clip to bring up the sub menu. In the sub menu select 'clip attributes'. The clip frame rate is there - just change it to 25fps.

I'd say it was noisier - the chip is running a little hotter and I think the 2K pixel binning adds noise. But it's not a huge amount. BTW - you do know you can record 4K Raw @ 50fps, don't you? It'll kill the SSDs (2x256 gb gone in 12mins) and you need two of them (50fps 4K is Raided) but you'll avoid the aliasing issues of the 2K.

thx for your help.
im scared of the data @4k raw in 50fps, cant handle that on set. will test out 2k raw today and see how bad the aliasing is...hope theyll release the 4k2hd 50/60fps option soon :)
