5-second DVX commercial

Hello!!

This is part 2 of a local commercial trilogy.

It's 5-second spots so I didn't have much time to play around.
This version is a bit longer though.

Filmed with DVX, edited in vegas, song by Roman Andrén.

Very nice. Do we get to see the other 2 parts or did you only do this one? Got any unused footage we might enjoy?
 
How do you create that white flash transition. I know it is not a regular additive dissolve.
 
Man, that is great.

Did you record at 50i to make a better slow motion? I can see doble images in the shots of back of the horse (maybe they are at real speed) but not in the legs shot (which are at 50% speed).

Yeah, I saw that "ghost" too, its really annoying. Do you know why that could be? both are the same, 50i 1/100. I used the same settings for both... gaah...

Ok. What you should do then is to deinterlace the footage that runs at 100%. Since the footage that you set to 50% is automatically deinterlaced, we only notice the ghost effect on the real time clips.
