4x4 ND Filters

What are some good quality brands for 4x4 ND filters? I'm looking to buy a solid one.

Also, filter holder or mattebox?
 
I use Tiffen 5.65x4 ND's, try ebay and just search Tiffen 4x4

You'll need a mattebox that can support 1 or 2 filters, different matteboxes either clip on your lens or mount to 15mm rail rods. If you go with rail rods, you need a camera mounting plate that will also go on the on rails..
