4x3 Markers for LCD

Is there a setting in HVX200 that will allow me to display 4x3 safe areas? The folks I work for have decided they want to deliver in 4X3 full screen and not 16x9 letterbox.

Any other ideas on how to best post in HD and deliver in SD without letterboxing?
