Tired of using zoom lenses on your AF100 that won't hold focus? But the cine lenses are just too big, too heavy, and too expensive?? Here is a solution for you : I have a brand new Century 17-35/T3.0 available for sale.
This is the smallest zoom in it's range, and unlike all those cheap photo and RED zooms, it will hold focus when you zoom.
Century has been making this truly professional lens for decades, and I bought the last sample they made. perfect range for the af100, the equivalent of 34 to 70. And on a RED or ALEXA it makes a nice lightweight wide zoom.
I paid $15,000 (yes, this is a very well made, rugged, and very sharp lens), but willing to let it go for $9,500.

yes, it is still available.
i wanted to add one thing about this lens that i think it's a big advantage over other cine lenses: you can put a series 9 filter on it. I have had a clear one in there since the day I bought the lens, and this way I don't feel the need to always have a matte box, which keeps the package smaller and lighter, yet the lens is always protected.
