4K Sony A7s II low light test up to 409,600 iso !

I'm blown away. It's more then a year when A7S sensor is out, so we got used to it's possibilities. But when you take a step back a think how far we came with technology... This cam is truly revolutionary.

I know the ISO ratings are the same on both A7s cams, but does the second version have less noise? Any comparisons out there?

where the hell did you get the 1700mm loool how many people did it take to lift that thing?
it is 250kg 560+lb.

This post didn't get all the attention it deserves. Let me help. Here's a picture of that lens:

Price is not public. I've found both "$100,000+" (in a page that quoted the Leica at $2 million) and "several million dollars".

WOW. Either the sensor has some hardware updates, or it's better tuned. Thanks for posting!

It reportedly is the same hardware -- and it reportedly has been significantly tuned.

I'm seeing a much lower noise profile than the A7S.

Notice that the A7s I was captured externally (meaning MUCH less compression) than the internally captured A7s II (the low bitrate compression takes out noise)

Both outputs of the A7s and II are quite noisy, there is no noise reduction being done and you can get better results externally. But the MkII is a lot less noisy that the original, noticeably so.

cheers

Haha nice ...this chart ( you know the grey bars on a card from cinema5d test) cost more than sony a7sii and a very decent lens loooool
