GH4 4k is grayed out

Cant seemed to get 4k ungreyed out on the GH4. Im using the Kingston 64gb class 3 card (90mbs/80mbs). Any help would be great!

Don't forget that to get the C4K mode, you have to change the frequency to 24Hz. It took me some digging to do that also.
 
I saw this just recently. I'm not familiar with changing the frequency. I saw the setting in the menu. IS this a better quality?
 
Can anyone explain the difference between 4K and C4K? How would you output to vimeo 24p to 24p or 24p to 23.976? Will it affect sync? Lastly, if you're going to shoot a dramatic project - which would you use and why? Thanks

I was just going to ask the same question. I wonder how 24.00 will effect all the other footage that is 23.976
