The Almost Famous Film Festival (A3F) presents its 3rd annual 48 Short Film Challenge on February 16-18, 2007. This event takes place in Phoenix, Arizona but you can enter from out-of-state as well.

The A3F is the largest short film festival in the southwest and is the only event that promises to make its filmmakers ... Almost Famous! Open to anyone who wants to make a film in just 48 hours.

For more information or to register your team, go to http://www.theA3F.net. Early registration deadline is January 16, 2007.

Thanks, A3F Staff

Hey Jae. Glad to see you posting this for the community!!

For anybody that hasn't been involved with the A3F it's a great, professionally presented festival. It's truly a festival that is put on by filmmakers for filmmakers. It's not all about sponsors and such, which is nice.

I try to involve myself every year, because it keeps growing and Jae and the team put on a really great gig.

Whether or not you're in town it's a great fest to get in on. If you're in town the screenings are really great and take place in very nice digs.

Check it out.

Jason
