4 channel audio and firestore

I've been trying to hook up and record 4 channels of audio at once to my hvx200 and can't seem to make it work. But just trying to clarify I want to record simultaneously both audio inputs 1 and 2 and mic inputs 1 and 2 onto four different tracks. I was wondering if it had something to do with using a firestore. I noticed that on my recording set up menu that the 2 channel option was in blue not allowing me to change it to four. What in my set up menu am I doing wrong?
