3d photos on a f100?

This is probably a stupid question, but my 3d lens arrived (whilst still waiting for my GH2) can I
1. Take still photos with the a f100?
2. If so use the 3d lens for photos?

No. Not the way GH2 does it.
And not without blocking the electrical connections.

The AF100 is not a GH2 and has nothing in common with the GH2, other than the lens mount. It doesn't have any capability for recognizing the 3D lens.

However, if you're wanting to do it, and you're willing to jump through the necessary hoops, you can actually use the 3D lens to make 3D video on the AF100 (and GH2). I did a whole big article on it. Here's a 3D video I shot on the AF100 using the 3D lens...

EDIT: the embedded video isn't offering the 3D tab that you need; you may have to click on the video and watch it on youtube to get the 3D options. And, of course, you'll need some manner of 3D glasses to view it properly.
