35mm Test Footage

That looked amazing! It looked gorgeous even in full screen, I was thinking "This full screen reminds me of the music videos on yahoomusic in full screen..."

What adapter is this?!?

very clean and sharp.. Are you in FL? It reminds me of driving in Jax... you have a mini35 or something? good stuff....

Nice look, clean and sharp just like everyone said. Is this a unit you built, or bought?

What did you do for the CC?

i liked the editing and music but the images looked rather soft to me.

Which adapter did you use?

This is my adapter I made a few months ago. Yes, it's a 50mm konica pancake lens. Thank you all for your comments.

I'm not sure what you mean. But if you're talking about the CC on the footage, yes, I did it myself. Did you like it or not?

Yeah I Liked the look you gave the footage, and I was talking about the cc on the footage. I was refering to the process you went about to get that look- was it done by hand - (ie: levels, curves, etc.) or just a single filter like MB?

i'm not entirely sure if it's been verified that this is DVX footage. the topic line is: "35mm test footage". Can we get a confirmation that this was shot with the DVX?

And how did you get the CU of the guy? Did you use a camera mount? What kind was it? Where was it mounted on the car? Did you shoot through the windshield (cause the shot looks pretty clean)? Was this just you and two actors? Or a small crew? If you were shooting in LA, did you have to get a permit? I'm asking so many questions because I'm about to do the same thing, do a test shoot with some car shots.

Either way, I like the footage. It looks good.

And I think the question about the cc is "what settings did you use?"

For all of the cc, it was done in fcp with just a 3-way color corrector. I like MB very much, but it's just played out. So I'm trying to do it myself and thank you for the comment.

Oh and yes it's a dvx100b that was used. No mounts, shot inside the car with the tripod, actors--- Me and my girlfriend, In florida and no premits needed. Thank you for the comments.
