Hi all.
I was part of the beta group for guskerscat's Brevis35. Due to him taking so long to get an achromat made, I will have to sell it since I decided to buy an m2 instead. I'm shooting this summer and I didn't have time to wait for the acromat to be made, considering the delays it took to get the adapter shipped, I was afraid to wait longer and be stuck up shi* creek without a paddle. You can buy achromats elsewhere, and you can find out the strength needed for your camera by contacting him. Since I was filming in HD, I didn't want to get a cheapo one, but I didn't want to spend 600 bucks on century optics ones when he said he'd have his for a lot less.
The footage looks great, you can see samples on his site. www.cinevate.com
I'm selling the full package: http://www.cinevate.com/catalog/index.php
If you add it all up, you'll see it is retailing for $980 + shipping.
I also have the charger and such that he sent, it's not shown on the site, though.
I'll sell it to a US customer for $800 (FedEx Ground) shipping included in that number).
The Brevis also comes in a nice snazzy case, like here:
I haven't used it at all, it's completely new. The only thing wrong with it is that on the support the ring seperated from the rod, but it arrived to me that way, it just needs to be glued on.
Please email me with your interest/questions to JoshuaNitschkeATNOSPAMyahoo.com or PM, though my PM box might get full.
