I have several items for sale that can be used with 35mm adapters:
1) Indi Rails system. this is an excellent support unit for shooting hand-held footage with your 35mm adapter. "This shoulder mount version of the popular indiRAILSpro has 24" carbon fibre rods, fully adjustable handle grips, and a shoulder pad for comfort. Weighing less than four pounds, but having the ability to mount camera, follow focus, matte box, monitor and battery pack, it is the choice for film makers needing a shoulder mount system."

2) GT Flip Focus 7" TFT LCD Monitor. 16:9 wide format monitor, also switchable to 4:3 with a high resolution of 640x480 and is designed for camera top monitoring, studio playback or field viewing. The image can be flipped vertically as well as horizontally. The compact design is perfect for camera top mounting or attaching to a tripod or jib yet large enough to be used on a desktop and viewed from a distance and accommodate most any other viewing requirements. It's light weight, low power consumption and low cost make it also ideal for all 35mm adapter users.

3) CINE HD ACHROMAT LENS. The CINE HD ACHROMAT LENS is a high quality lens especially designed for HD and HDV macro (extreme close-up) images, including the DOF Adapter. This lens can be used standalone for remarkably clear images of very small or very close subjects.

4)I'm also throwing in a DIY 35mm adapter that fits any camera with 72mm lens thread (such as the DVX100 or Sony Z1). It works using the lens mentioned above. I have used the adapter on several shoots over the last year (see links below). As this is home made, I'm giving it away free with 2 Canon FD lenses - a 50mm and a 28mm
