32GB SDHC card read error

Got a 32 GB SDHC card that only shows up as a 1 GB device on the Mac. I used different card readers and made sure they were SDHC compatable. No luck with data recovery as it would show only 1 GB and message saying no data found. I used Data Rescue, Stellar Phoenix, File Salvage, and a few others. No luck. There is well over 2 hours of HD video on it. I did deep scan and sector by sector. Perhaps re-formatting it will show up as a 32GB card and the recovery software can access the files ?

There are data recovery specialists but they can cost serious money.

The card worked fine in the last 6 events with it, each event went to 25GB or more as HD video on the Sony AX2000. Just took out the card, popped it into the USB2 SDHC reader and shows up only as a device of 1GB.
Popped it back in the camera and there was nothing on it for playback. The card is a Centon 32GB class 10. I am positive all the files are still in there as no new data has been put into the card.
