How long does it usually take to arive at your doorstep? I ordered them well over two weeks ago and they haven't arrived. I even e-mailed and PM'd Zoom, asking for at least a tracking number. Sad to say I have not heard anything from him. When I first ordered the batteries, he responded within 3 minutes of my first contact. I am beginning to get a little nervous. Please let me know something, We ordered two with hopes of getting 3-4 more. Thanks

Did you use the ground shipping or the express? I made the mistake of using the ground, and it took around 3 weeks to get to the eastern US. Express should be much faster, like a week I think. It could have also got bogged down in customs :(

I received mine after about three weeks with regular shipping. It will happen, patience.

Hey sorry guys.. Im in the middle of nowhere shooting a feature for 3 weeks and only have access to dialup internet when I can find it. I have my mrs. shipping stuff out back at home though :)

As for shipping delay's.. I highly recommend staying away from regular shipping, In fact I may even just take regular shipping off. There is no tracking on regular shipments, and it can take as long as they want. At least with express you can see where it is and if it takes longer than a week they refund the shipping.. not to mention they are insured.

email me if you ordered express shiping.. i can give you the tracking number. Ground shipping is pretty hopeless though, almost hit and miss.

I haven't, I have given up the notion of ever receiving them. It's been over a month now.

I actually just removed standard shipping from the options as this is the 2nd issue we have had. Although the post does say it can take 4-6 weeks for regular shipping sometimes.

It is totally my fault for being cheap Jarred, I am going to order another set next week, this time I'll use a better shipping method. Thanks for helping the community :D

I ordered 3 or 4 and recieved them pretty quickly through express i think and plan on ordering some more soon after my move.

I am back from LA.. time to get things back on track it has been a little crazy for me the last month and a half. I gotta make some sort of tracking/order program so people can log in and check status etc. I have gotten rid of the regular shipping option completely because it is a total joke, I figure the extra 5 bucks isnt too much to have the extra insurance and tracking.
