30P mode in FCP4

[Guest]

In shooting with the 30P mode, what FCP4 capture settings, ie FPS, do you use for normal 29.97 playback? In regard to same 30P mode, what settings allow you to view captured footage out through firewire and an external monitor?earthlink ??? :-/
