30p from 5dmk2 same as HV30/HFS10 30p?

I'm looking for a good wide safe cam and am leaning towards either a HFS10 or HV30. I'm not a fan of tape anymore so it'll probably be the HFS10.

Do those two cams have the same 30p as the 5dmk2 or are they different? I'm going to be using a hmc150 shooting in 30p as well so I'd like for them all to play nice together.

I'm pretty sure that the HFS10/HV30 and HMC150 will all shoot 29.97P, whereas the Canon will shoot 30.00P.
