30frs Pal ?

1st of all , thanks to the DVX user community !
I have been a quiet member, however I spent quite some time every day on the site and now I have a question:
For integration in a 3D job, I have to shoot on a green Screen a project
Client is asking for a 1080p or 720 30fps (Pal land) delivery files.
Is it possible to achieve without using the Frame Hack?
I am a little nervous, if a problem happens, no Pana repair service available here in Vietnam. I use a Mac and FCP ST 2

I don't see any possibility without frame rate hack. But even with the hack you will not get exactly the same as 30p (e.g. 24p: US 23.976fps -- 50Hz Cam hack 24.03333fps). And in addition No audio. Probably you could do it in post. But why is this client in PAL land asking for 30p? This is not a PAL land standard. Should be 50p (or 25p).
