300 slow-motion look

hello, i want to make a action scene using airsoft guns. A cop versus gangsters. and i wanna make some kind of slow motion effect when the cop is shooting, like max payne or 300, does anybody knows how to make that? i only have a sony HDV Z1.

Shoot 60i, then use After Effects or Motion to slow it down with an advanced frame blending technique like optical flow.

I can do it for you, it wont look as good as it did in 300 because there is no way to get perfect time ramping/remaping like that without a multi-frame rate camera (film or a digital cinema camera).
