For a frebie I'd say that's good!

If the client was paying for it, I'd say it needs work...

Overall not bad though.
 
I liked this. The only thing that didn't flow well was the cut you made when the pancake had to be flipped. It seemed abrupt and noticeable. Overall the flow of the commercial was good.
 
Yes, for a freebie, the client ought to be very happy. I would tell him/her that for real money, you would get a bit more sophisticated lighting in the kitchen shots. (seems to need a bit more lighting in general in the kitchen). A bit more "polish" for the production. I wondered what the market research was saying about the clientele for the product? Young single men? Does this mesh with what the client thinks their clientele are?

Ya the original music that was provided was over 60 seconds and the spot was only to be 30 sec. Again we put this together in an hour just to test out the waters and get some exposure. There are plans to have several more done. This one was quick and dirty and FREE and the ones to come will be full on lighting etc.
