I'm going to be testing a new camera department position with the HVX that kind of turns the old loader/2nd assistant title on its ear. It's called the Electronic Media Manager.
Here's how I'm hoping it will go.
1. Logs metadata as needed.
2. Downloads the P2 card from the camera.
3. Downloads media to hard disk.
4. Reloads P2 card into camera.
5. Backs up media to DVD.
I guess I'm curious to see if anyone else here plans on getting creative with the camera department for the P2 revolution. Granted, I haven't even gotten my hands on the camera yet, so this is all speculation.
