2fps played played back at 2fps

Hey Guys,

I have a unique question. I have the HVX and love using the frame rate hack and especially like shooting at 2frames with the shutter at 1/2 (350 degrees). But I was thinking that it could be cool if it was able to import the footage at 2fps instead of 24 so that it would not be 12x fast. I currently use FCP 5.1.4 on a MBP. Thanks for any help you can give.

if you use Premiere Pro, all you have to do is right-click on the footage you imported and select "Interpret Footage" - this allows you to change the frame rate on it fron the default that gets applied.

gosh, this is why I love PP so much more then FCP, the list goes on and on on how much more flexible it is, but people use FCP just because it is the status quo

Ha Ha Ha-You're right, I'm busted. Just want to be like everybody else.

I do the same thing with Cinema Tools all the time. :violent5:

Or next time, record 2fps at a non native recording format. The Camera will record duplicate frames and play at a 'normal' rate in and out of camera.
