25p to 24p in Premiere Pro...

I have edited 25p footages and want to render it in 24p.
But the rendered output is Motion Blurred.

Premiere Pro is blending 25p frames to get 24p,
Just like it does for 30p. Even if the 'Frame Blend' option is disabled from all the Clips.

Isn't there any option in PrPro to Render it directly without blending Frames?

I face the same problem all the time. Anytime we render the video with different frame rate,
Premiere just blends frames into each other and give us really bad motion trails.

Even if I slow down 60fps to 60%, and render to 24fps, there are motion trails in that too.

Do convert 25p into 24p without blending frames you need to slow it down correspondingly.

"Even if I slow down 60fps to 60%, and render to 24fps, there are motion trails in that too." -- to avoid blending and interpolating you need to slow it down to either 80% or 40% of the original speed.

For what its worth, I simply render out to 25p within Premiere, then change the framerate setting to 24p using Virtualdub (freeware) and retime the audio with Soundforge. Faster and simpler than fighting with Premiere's urge to blend everything.

For a project you've already edited, Graham's method will work best. For future projects you can interpret the footage before you start editing and then use a 24p timeline. This is how I get slow motion from 50p footage - import the clip, interpret it as 25p then drop it straight on the timeline.
