I'm working on a documentary project whose pix have been shot 99% with my DVX100AE in 25p mode. But I also have a couple of minutes shot with my old Sony TRV900. How to process and make them look like the rest of the footage with Avid 6.1???
Capture the interlace footage into a 30i project, cut all the sources over into a timeline, add a FluidFilm effect to it which will render it out as progressive.
Export a QuickTime reference of the timeline and import into your 25p project.
